  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup sweet corn
  • ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mix yeast, sugar, and warm water; let sit until frothy.
  2. Combine flour and salt. Gradually add yeast mixture and olive oil, kneading until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
